Obion County, Tenn.—A Former Lake County Attorney is set to be released from prison where he has been serving a sentence for the triple vehicular homicide of an elderly Kenton couple and their son.
Timothy Naifeh of Tiptonville will be released Monday from the Lois DeBerry Special Needs Facility in Nashville where he served less than one year on his ten-year sentence. He will serve the remainder of his sentence on probation.
He served time at the special needs facility due to injuries he sustained in the 2012 wreck. He was found guilty on three counts of vehicular homicide (intoxication) and three counts of vehicular homicide (reckless operation).
The wreck occurred near Hornbeak and killed Jack and Sue Bell, both 81, and their son David Bell, 51, of Forsyth, Ga.
