Death Caused By Car Crash

 
Paris, Tenn.—An investigation by the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, Tennessee Highway Patrol and Medical Examiner’s office has determined that the death of Jonathan Barron, age 31, of 334 Old Union Loop, was caused by head trauma during the course of an accident.
Deputies and the THP were called to the accident Wednesday night on Old Union Loop and found Barron deceased in his vehicle. According to a press release issued by the sheriff’s office, the investigation has shown that Barron died of the head trauma caused when his 2013 black Hyndai left the roadway and struck a tree.
Barron was the Assistant Fire Chief for the Oakland Volunteer Fire Department, worked for the Henry County Rescue Squad and was manager at Chuck Hayes Farm in Paris. He was a U.S. Navy veteran.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by Ridgeway Funeral Home.
