Dover, Tenn.—A company installing fiber optic lines hit a main water line, causing a major water leak in Dover. The accident happened yesterday afternoon and Dover City employees were still making repairs into the late night Thursday. Kim Wallace of the city of Dover said, “I’m very proud of their hard work and dedication to their families. These men have families they leave to come out and work to make sure our citizens have water and other services.” (City of Dover photo).
