Paris, Tenn.—Have you ever wanted to see what was contained in a time capsule? You’ll have your chance to find out on Wednesday morning when officials of FirstBank open the time capsule that was placed inside the First Trust and Savings Bank in downtown Paris 50 years ago.
The time capsule ceremony will be held at the downtown bank, located at 101 W. Wood St., at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday.
That ceremony will be preceded at 10 a.m. by a ribbon cutting and open house at FirstBank’s newly-remodeled branch bank at 1068 Mineral Wells Ave. Refreshments will be served.
