Paris, Tenn.—The year the Henry County Fair Book is dedicated to not only one, but two hard-working people who have spent years making the fair one of the best.
This year’s Fair Book is dedicated to Larry and Deneicia Gregson, both of whom have been fixtures at the Henry County Fair for many years. Both have served as Presidents of the Fair Board and both have been active in various activities and on committees over the years. Deneicia is in her second three-year term on the Tennessee Association of Fairs board.
The Gregsons live on one of Henry County’s Century Farms in the Pleasant Hill community and their whole family is involved in the fair. They have sons Daniel Watkins, Jay (Jennifer) Watkins, and Benji (Amber) Gregson, and daughter Angie Gregson (Jason) Dotson, and their grandchildren, Austin and Jacob Watkins and Emma Grace Dotson.
In its dedication, the Fair Board noted, “The Henry County Fair is fortunate to have such hard working and devoted members who go the extra mile because they both love the fair.”
The Henry County Fair this year begins the last week of August.
