Union City, Tenn.—Ground was broken today for the $37M expansion of the Williams Sausage Co. in Union City.
To be located in the Northwest Tennessee Regional Industrial Park, the 180,000-square foot building will house a frozen and refrigeration warehouse and distribution center, including sandwich assembly and packaging.

Union City Mayor Terry Hailey said, “The Williams Sausage Co. has long been a vital part of our community. This new construction is most welcome and shows the Williams’ family’s commitment to Union City and Obion County.”
Hailey introduced CEO Roger Williams and said, “I’ve known Roger Williams for years and so have most of you. His contributions in business and public service to our county are well-known.”
