Webb Located Safe In Alabama

New Concord, Ky.—The elderly man who was missing from his New Concord home has been located in Alabama and is safe.
Calloway County Sheriff Sam Steger announced late last night on his Facebook page that John Daniel Webb, age 81, had been located.
The dispatcher at the sheriff’s office told WENK/WTPR early this morning that Webb was found in Alabama. Chief Deputy Nicky Knight told us Wednesday afternoon that Webb had been spotted twice yesterday—in Ardmore, Tennessee, and then in Oxford, Alabama.
Steger thanked everyone for their tips and help in locating Mr. Webb. The sheriff’s office had issued a Golden Alert for Webb on Tuesday.
