South Fulton, Tenn.–At the request of 27th District Attorney General Tommy Thomas, TBI Special Agents are investigating a death in South Fulton in Obion County.
On Monday morning, Public Works employees discovered a body inside a vacant house at214 College Street.
Officers from the South Fulton Police Department, Obion County Sheriff’s Office, and TBI responded to the scene. The body has been sent to Memphis for an autopsy to determine the cause of death and confirmation of the identity of the deceased individual. The investigation remains active and ongoing at this time.
Investigators have not said whether the body is male or female.
