Union City, Tenn.—The EZ Clean Car Wash in Union City was broken into again, this time causing $2600 damage. And the suspect made off with $400 from the coin changer.
Union City Police were called to the business, located at 220 N. First St., on a report of the break-in. The coin changer had damage to the front, where the bills are placed into the machine and the box was broken off inside the machine. The suspect managed to open the flap on the box and pull out approximately $400 through the front of the machine.
The damage and theft occurred sometime between Thursday and Saturday, according to the car wash managers.
