Martin, Tenn.–Police Chief Don Teal announces the promotions of two officers in the Martin Police Department.
Captain Phillip Fuqua was promoted to the rank of Assistant Chief. Assistant Chief Fuqua has been with the department for 16 years.
Lieutenant Eric Reed was promoted to the rank of Patrol Captain. Captain Reed has been with the department for 19 years.
Both officers will assume their new duties on July 1st.
