Union City, Tenn.—A Union City man was charged with reckless endangerment after an altercation with a woman at the East Gate Village Apartments.
Ronnie Fair, age 25, of 509 Nash St., was arrested at East Gate after he was accused of firing a weapon during an argument. The victim told police he fired at her and witnesses said he fired into the air while chasing her. Officers could not find a weapon on him or in the apartment.
