Dickson, Tenn.–The Dickson County Sheriff’s Office and the TBI, along with other agencies, conducted some more targeted searches in the Tennessee City area today in the continuing search for Joe Clyde Daniels. Several areas and ponds were searched.
Unfortunately, Dickson County Sheriff’s officials said, they did not locate Joe Clyde today, “But we are not giving up,” they said. Joe Clyde’s father has confessed beating the five-year-old Autistic boy to death and the mother also is being held in connection with the crime. The father, Joseph Clyde, has not told investigators where he hid the body.
The Dickson County Sheriff’s Office is asking residents in the Tennessee City area for help in the Joe Clyde Daniels case. “We are asking for any home security video footage from 4-3-18 through 4-6-18. If you have a home security camera that captures the roadway during the time frame above, still have the footage, and live on the following roads please contact our office.”
