Martin, Tenn.–Participants in the Candy Land class in the University of Tennessee at Martin’s Kid College scramble for a chance to collect candy June 5 as Captain Skyhawk, the university’s mascot, takes a swing at a piñata. The UT Martin Kid College took place the week of June 1-5 and is for students rising into third, fourth or fifth grade next fall. Students could select from a variety of classes, including Science Explorers, Make Your Own Music, A Taste of Art and Yoga Warriors.
