Union City, Tenn.–Specific dates have been set for students who wish to transfer to Union City High School from another system for the 2023-24 school year.
Students enrolled in the 8th grade at UC Middle School this past year who will enter UCHS will not need to register but should report to school on Thursday, August 3.
Registration for new students will be:
Wednesday, May 31 – Thursday, June 1, from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Monday, June 26, from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Monday, July 10, from 7 a.m. until 4 p.m.
New students should be accompanied by a parent and bring:
- Birth certificate
- Social Security Card (if possible)
- Immunization Record on TN form (if coming from another state)
- Proof of physical examination (if coming from another state)
- Two proofs of residence (cable bill, rental agreement, etc.)
- End-of-year report card or transcript from former school
