Couples Chosen For Mardi Gras Royalty; Tickets On Sale Now

Paris, Tenn.–Royalty has been chosen for this Saturday’s 11th annual Mardi Gras celebration hosted by the Paris-Henry County Heritage Center. Mardi Gras is set for 6 p.m. February 22 at the Paris Country Club and once again the popular Memphis band ‘Magi’ will perform.

This year’s court is: Kasey and Ryan Muench, Dr. Stephanie and Mark Wardlaw and Dr. Louisa Conroy and Steve Dial.

Happy Hour will be from 6-7 p.m., with champagne and dinner will be served at 7 p.m. Dinner will be Cajun and prepared by the Country Club Chefs. During the champagne Happy Hour, heavy hors d’ouevres will be served at the bar. The menu for the dinner features blackened chicken, shrimp, cheese grits, muffuletta salad and more. Coffee and beignets will be served for the drive home.

Silent auction items and prizes will be ongoing through the evening and as the evening progresses, the King and Queen will be crowned. Dancing commences at 8 p.m.
