Court Square To Be Alive With Visual Art

Paris, Tenn.–Arts ‘Round The Square will return to the Henry County Courthouse lawn from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday September 28 with dozens of artists and craftspeople to be displaying their works.
There is free admission to the annual show, a great venue to do some Christmas shopping as well as support local artists.
New vendors have been added this year, and many favorites are returning, with pottery, woodworking, jewelry, fiber art, oils, acrylics, watercolors, and more.
There will be a Kids’ Zone with free activities such as making slime. Entertainment includes a performance of “A Peter Rabbit Tale” by the Murray State University Theatre department and a demonstration by Sheriff Monte Belew’s K-9 team.
Food vendors will be available all day.
The Paris-Henry County Arts Council has been organizing the event for 10+ years and this year is helped by grants from BPU and Tennessee Arts Commission and kids’ zone sponsor Athena Delphian. Join us on the square for a day dedicated to the visual arts.
