Mosley First-Degree Murder Case Bound Over To Grand Jury

Union City, Tenn.—The case against a Union City man for the first-degree murder of a South Fulton woman has been bound over to the Obion County Grand Jury.
Tony Marquee Mosley, age 29, is being held without bond in the stabbing death of Decora Alexander in Union City in May. Alexander was stabbed to death at Mosley’s home. She was 20 years old and a student at the University of Tennessee at Martin.
Mosley appeared before Obion County General Sessions Judge Jimmy Smith for his preliminary hearing Tuesday. Judge Smith ordered the case to the grand jury and ordered that Mosley be held without bond.
Obion County Circuit Court Clerk Harry Johnson said the next grand jury will meet October 1.
Mosley was transferred from the Obion County Jail and is being held with the Tennessee Department of Correction in Nashville.
