Paris, Tenn.—A memorial service will be held for Emily Ann Webb, age 20, of Paris, at Grace Independent Baptist Church in Paris at a date to be announced.
Ms. Webb was found in a car on Blood River Rd. earlier this week and an investigation is ongoing by the Henry County Sheriff’s Office and the TBI.
She was born Oct. 5, 1996, in Englewood, Fla., to the late Kevin Webb.
She is survived by her grandmother, Wanda Costa of Paris, her brother, Shawn Foreman of Paris, grandfather, James Webb, Paris, and uncle Curtis Webb of Paris.
